All personal and health-related data is stored securely on Hostinger servers located in India, and all legal matters fall under the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Data is retained for as long as the parent account remains active. Once an account is deleted, data is securely erased within 60 days, unless retention is required for legal purposes

(i) With therapists assigned to the child, for developmental or therapeutic purposes.
